Statement of the launch of the scholars of the nation to seek the liberation of detainees

Statement of the launch of the scholars of the nation to seek the liberation of detainees
Praise be to Allah, and prayers and peace be upon our prophet, the Messenger of Allah
The Scholars follow with sorrow, regret and denial the waste of “human rights” situation in the nation, and the arrests that have spread to several countries, and even the inviolability of infallible blood, the loss of innocent life by making politicized judgements in fabricated cases, false investigations and confessions obtained under the most heinous form of torture and abuse. This is why the entire nation must deny this by all legitimate means. And that people should stand in front of him to establish the truth and support the creation.
The scholars, having been recognized by Allah the Covenant and the Charter by means of a legitimate statement, the duty to command and prevent the disloyalty, to seek to defend the vulnerable and to rescue the innocent, are today calling upon all the free people in the world to fulfil their legitimate andpractical duty in this cause, and they pledge to continuework day and night, and they renew their covenant with Allah and the people, to make every effortavailable, communicating, interacting, and mobilizing all means leading to the liberationof the detainees and releasingthem in all countries in general and in Egypt in particular
By taking the lead in the performance of this trust, the scholars are convinced that the nation does not lack the means to gain its freedom and preserve the dignity of its children, to win over the causes of right and justice, the rights of Islamic and humanbrotherhood, and to stand up to injustice, tyranny and criminality against innocent people, They are driven by legitimate responsibility and honesty, because they were - and still are - the beacons of the nation and ended up leading them in times of crisis and unrest and based on the requirements of human brotherhood and historical responsibility. As Allah says before all of this:
"... and whoever saves a life, it will be as if they saved all of humanity." (Al-Maedah (Table Spread with Food) :32), and prophet Mohammad said: A Muslim is a brother of another Muslim. So he should not oppress him nor should he hand him over to (his satan or to his self which is inclined to evil).(Agreed Upon/ narrated by Ibn 'Umar)
Beginning with their duty to win over the male and female detainees, they declare:
1- The arrest of tens of thousands of regime opponents in Egypt from all directions and tendencies is one of the major sins, and is one of the biggest crimes of aggressionfor which everyone who participated in it verbally, deed, or with acquiescence shall bear the burden.
2-The systematic killing in Egyptian and other prisons and the death sentences handed down run counter to Allah’s will in every respect. It contradicts justice from every angle and opposes humanity from every direction. It contradicts justice from every angle and opposes humanity from every direction. It is the judgments of injustice, jealousy and revenge. It is a crime of human annihilation, the commission of which is a crime of premeditated murder that exalts the wrath of the Almighty Allah on Earth and demands his great vengeance in this world and the hereafter.
3- Striving to rescue political detainees and those unjustly sentenced to death and to free them is a legitimate, moral and humanitarian duty. Anyone who has failed to do it with his ability is sinning. The people of the nations must rise to free the detainees, rise to end all manifestations of injustice and tyranny, and all colors of the Egyptian political spectrum must bear their moral, historical and legal responsibilitiesto end the suffering of political detainees and make them free.
4- It is thelegitimate, legal, political, economic, social, or media dutyof all those who can make an effort torelease detainees. The issue of male and female detainees must be taken out of the account of the intellectual conflicts, the political intrigues and the various affiliations, as everyone should meet and gather for victory of the oppressed.
5- The Scholars appeal to all governments that support human rights and the values of justice and freedom to mobilize to rescue detainees of conscience in Egypt, and single outboth governments of Turkey and Qatar, with their regional and international distinguished position, that they should embrace the cause of these oppressed people and endeavor to lift the oppression from them and save their lives
6- The scholars of the Ummahare legally responsible for demonstrating the legitimate duty of all human rights violations with words or actions they can, and what the influence they have and respect for the masses. They have a duty to lead the nation scientifically and practically towards redressing injustice, confronting tyranny, and establishing justice, right and freedom.
7- The scholars who signed this statement havecommitted themselves to being in constant mobility and hard work, so that every detainee gets his right to freedom and every detainee enjoys his right to justice, appointed by Allah alone, and stiving to cooperate with every faithful member of the nation and with the free and honorableperson everywhere" And fight against them until there is no fitnah and [until] the religion [i.e., worship], all of it, is for Allah." (Al-Anfaal (Spoils of War): 39
They appeal to their fellow scholars from all countries, all secular organizations, propaganda institutions, free symbols and honorable leaders to join this resurgence at the international, local and public levels in order to sever the truth, bring relief to creation, repel injustice and fulfill duty."... but Allah says the truth, and He guides to the [right] way." (Al-Ahzaab (The Combined Forces): 4).
