عاجل | بيان من غرفة عمليات فتح حلب

إلى أهلنا سكان محافظة حلب:
 ما زال مقاتلينا مستمرّين في حملتهم العسكرية لتحرير حلب (ملحمة حلب الكبرى) جحافلهم متراصّة الصفوف، وسعيهم متواصل. قلوبهم معلّقة بالله،.
 وإننا -أسوةً بالنبي القائد الأول- نؤكد لأهل الشهباء، أن من دخل بيته فهو آمن، ومن دخل مسجداً فهو آمن، ومن دخل كنيسة فهو آمن، ومن ألقى سلاحه فهو آمن.
 إن الثوار الأبطال هم طلاب حريّة لا هواة قتل، ودعاة رحمة لا دعاة جَور. فمن استجاب لدعوتنا وأعاننا على حقن دماء الشعب السوري بسائر أطيافه ومكوّناته، فشكره علينا حق، ومن آثر الفرار فليفرّ، ومن أبى إلا القتال والمواجهة، فليكن على قدر قراره، فإن جحافل أبطالنا قادمة، وإن لحلب الحرة موعودة بالنصر.
 ما جئنا إلا لتحريركم من إجرام الأسد وحلفاءه ومن كل طغيان واستبداد يتعرض لحرياتكم، ولتحقيق أهداف ثورتكم في الحرية والكرامة.
 وعليه نحن في غرفة عمليات فتح حلب، نؤكّد أن كل من قَصد مناطق الثوار فهو آمن وسنقوم بحمياته وتأمينه بشكل كامل، وسنكون كما دائماً حريصون على حياة كل سوري، بغض النظر عن انتمائه أو خلفيته .ونشير إلى أن فتح الطريق إلى الأحياء المحاصرة في حلب المدينة، ما هو إلى خطوة نحو تحرير تراب حلب خصوصاً وسورياً عموماً
 من كل مستبد ومحتل.
 ونعاهد السوريين على استمرار النضال حتى استعادة كامل التراب السوري من أيدي الطغاة.

 To our people in  #Aleppo :
 Our fighters are continuing the military campaign to liberate Aleppo (The Great Epic of Aleppo), with their troops in serried ranks and their hearts full of trust in Allah, striving for victory.
 Following in the footstep of the prophet, the first leader, we assure the people of Aleppo that whoever enters his home is safe, whoever enters a mosque or a church is safe and whoever lies down his weapon is safe too.
 Our heroic revolutionaries are seekers of freedom not bloodthirsty killers. They are also advocates for mercy not tyrants.
 We would be grateful to those who respond to our call and help us stop the shedding of the blood of the Syrian people with all their differences. Regarding those who prefer to flee for their lives or stay to fight against us, their destiny will be determined by their own decisions.
 Our heroes are coming and Aleppo has been promised victory.
 We have come to liberate you from the atrocities and crimes committed against you by Assad and his allies. We have come to liberate you from any tyranny and dictatorship harassing your freedom.
 Therefore, we in Aleppo Liberation Operation Room confirm that anyone who reaches our territory is safe, and we will protect and secure him the way it should be. We will always be concerned about the lives of every Syrian, regardless of his or her affiliation or background. We also indicate that breaking the siege on the neighborhoods of Aleppo is regarded as a step towards the liberation of the entire soil of the city in particular -and Syria in general- from all tyrants and occupiers.
 We promise our people that our struggle will carry on until the entire Syrian soil is retaken from the hands of the tyrants.
